It was Jeff's and my 1-year anniversary. We decided to save money for our NYC trip, so instead of going out, he cooked this delicious dinner. With it we drank a bottle of cabernet sauvignon, bottled 2003.

it's satay skewers, rice with black sesame seeds, mixed greens with miso dressing and sautéed red peppers/mushrooms/onions.
