I got this awhile ago on ebay, but I basically fail at being a hipster because I have no idea if my photos are even going to turn out. I'm on my second roll and I still don't seem to have any clue what the hell I'm doing. You know the little window that shows you how many exposures you have left? Yeah, unless 9/5 is a proper number, or 2s are often upside down, I must be doing it wrong.

  1. I have no useful suggestions here. I bought that camera for Sean last year, and neither of us have used it yet.

Probably your photos will turn out though, I feel like most of the appeal of this type of camera is in the mystery of the photos. I got some decent photos out of the first roll of film I shot on my Holga (it take regular 35mm film though)

I'm not 100% sold on it though, I think I am too spoiled by the instantaneousness of digital, and the fact that I can take as many digital photos as I want, and I don't have to pay anyone money to see if they even turned out okay.

  2. yeah, it is kind of fun but I think I need to buy a lot of film at once on ebay or something, because otherwise it's like $7 a roll, plus whatever it costs to develop photos or something. I guess when I go to get it developed I will get the guy there to show me how to do it, if my photos are broken?
