Three-ingredient cookoff at Mal's! It was very creative and well-attended. I made a hot-sauce glazed tempeh with smokey grilled corn purée, but the winner was Kristina's entry (above): a cucumber roll with fennel & jicama slaw, and a roasted fennel ponzu remoulade.
