Cookoff day, pretty much the best day of the month. Above is Sarah's entry, a rosewater-pistachio ice cream in a waffle sandwich. I made a strawberry, basil, & jalapeño havarti grilled cheese and served it with my homemade ketchup. Although it didn't win, it was a big hit.
